Within a week of placing your order, your tapestry will be packaged and shipped trough USPS Ground. After your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you are local to Grand Rapids, MI and would like to meet to receive your tapestry, use code LOCALPICKUP at the checkout to receive free shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each piece is uniquely made and crafted with a specific design in mind. Unfortunately returns are not eligible on pre-made or custom pieces.

On pre-made pieces only, within 10 days of receiving your tapestry, you can exchange your item for another pre-made tapestry. If you choose to purchase a custom tapestry from there, a credit will be put towards the custom tapestry. You will be responsible for all shipping charges and responsibilities. 

Custom tapestries are non-returnable and do not qualify for exchanges. Each custom piece is crafted for you and only you. Please see below to review the Custom Tapestry Terms.

CUSTOM TAPESTRY TERMS

Every tapestry is individually unique by nature of the method at FIBR Collections. When creating custom tapestries, the main goal is to manifest a piece of art that both speaks to you personally, and bares further witness to the vision in whatever space it inhabits. 

Before a custom tapestry is purchased, a model sketch of your commissioned piece will be emailed to you for any modification and final approval.

Due to many factors, colors are always subject to variance. SJ Tapestries will do its best to pair color accurately. As is standard with most custom works of art, returns and exchanges are unavailable.
